Following our wildly popular best Male K-pop rappers lists we decided to put another one on our top female K-pop rappers list. It’s hard to find a K-pop band with at the very least one rapper. Although there are fewer female K-pop rappers than male K-pop rappers, that doesn’t mean that the talent pool is less. Male rappers dominate the underground in Korea but the underground female rapper scene has grown over the past few years. This is in large part due to outstanding Kpop Idol rappers paving the way for the next generation.
This list is comprised of female K-pop idols, not all female K-rappers that’s why there isn’t Yoonmirae and Jessi in this listing. Interested in K-pop? SoYeon
Which is the top female K-pop rapper? It’s a difficult issue, but if you were forced to pick just one the winner would be SoYeon from (G) IDLE. She first came to the scene in the year 2018 with the group’s debut track, “Latata.” Since her debut, she’s released a number of singles and albums the group and their most recent album is called I Am.
SoYeon’s style of rapping is unique and effective as is her speed unparalleled. She has an amazing flow and delivery while her songs are typically positive and empowering. She took part in Produce 101 and Unpretty Rapstar. She was able to show off her freestyle, something that most idols in K-pop can’t do.
Alongside her collaboration alongside (G) IDLE, SoYeon has also collaborated on other projects, such as BTS’s RM and Suga. She has also been featured in a number of movies and shows on TV including Unnie’s Slam Dunk and School 2017.

The fact is there is no doubt that CL is the most popular female rapper in K-pop. She has been in the business for quite a while and has proved repeatedly that she is an entity to reckon with. CL has a dazzling flow and delivery as well as her songs are spot-on. CL is also a talented singer, making her a great performer in general.
Other female K-pop artists might come and go, however, CL will be here for the long haul. She’s a true pioneer in the field and is opening the door for female rappers to be successful. If you’re a lover of rap music you must listen to CL’s music.

If it’s female rappers from K-pop There isn’t anyone as famous as Lisa of BLACKPINK. The group has been wowed by fans with her amazing rapping abilities since her debut group in 2016. She continues to amaze the fans with her incredible style and delivery.
Lisa’s career in rap began in the early days of her student with YG Entertainment. She was included on a track titled “My First Love” by fellow trainee Teddy and instantly attracted the attention of people who loved her smooth flow and unique delivery. Her debut album showcased her talents to the fullest with her hits “Money” as well as “LALISA”.

LE of EXID is an amazing K-pop rapper! She has an amazing flow and delivery and her style of rap is distinctive and new. She is always bringing something new to the table and her lyrics are very entertaining. She’s also a fantastic performer who performs with a dazzling show.
LE from EXID made her debut in 2012 with EXID’s first track, “Who’s That Girl?”. She soon became the group’s main rapper and has since been on every single release. She’s also released solo singles, and worked alongside other musicians. 2013 was the year that LE joined forces on B2STs Junhyung and Big Star’s Feeldog. In 2015, as well she released her first album as a solo artist, “L.I.E.”, which was a huge hit.

Moonbyul
Moonbyul began her career with Mamamoo in 2014 and has been wowed by the crowd with her incredible abilities in rapping since then. Her unique deep voice characterizes her rapping. Moonbyul has a distinctive style of rap that sets her apart from other rappers from K-pop. Moonbyul’s raps always are energetic and filled with enthusiasm. Dami is famous for her full-on energy when she raps. Her delivery is distinctive from other K-pop rappers and she manages to create something unique for every performance. Many people saw her potential through the YG show called MIXNINE which showed her rapping skills.

It’s difficult to gain respect as a rapper with SM Entertainment, focusing mainly on vocalists. Giselle made her debut as an AESPA member AESPA in the year 2020. Although Giselle has a fantastic voice and sings however her true talent is in rapping. She can rap in many languages English, Korean, and Japanese. She has a mother who is Korean as is her father. Her dad is Japanese and was the second Japanese woman to make her debut in the SM Entertainment brand. SM Entertainment.
Her diction and flow are excellent and her diction is great, but what sets her from other female K-pop singers is her voice. The best part is that she writes her own raps, which is remarkable considering that many female K-pop stars don’t.

Chaeyoung
One of the three top rappers from Twice, Chaeyoung has showcased her incredible rapping abilities often. She made her first appearance as a rapper by rapping the group’s first single “Like Ooh-Ahh” she has been able to write and perform in some of the songs of Twice including “Cheer Up,” “TT,” and “Likey.”
Chae Young’s style of rapping is distinctive in that it’s both adorable and powerful at the same time. She can change between the two seamlessly and her delivery is always spot-on. She also has proved herself that she is a gifted writer, having composed the rap lyrics for a number of Twice’s smash songs.

Ryujin
Ryujin was the first to make her debut with ITZY in the year 2019 and has been awed by fans with her rapping talents from the beginning. Her unique style of delivery and flow distinguish her from other rappers from K-pop. Ryujin is one of the K-pop females who are the least praised rappers and has a lot of fans arguing over her talent.
She’s got the talent as well as the flow and the accolades to prove it. Additionally, she was on the survival show “MIX MINE” she made it to the final and finish 1st, but was ultimately eliminated by the boy’s team.
