The series will be the first in a series of films co-creating a cinematic universe with Valiant Comics. Directed by David SF, written by Jeff Wadlow and Eric Heisserer.
The movie “Bloodshot” stars Vin Diesel, Eiza Gonzalez, Sam Heughan, Toby Kebbell and Guy Pearce. The story is about a soldier who was killed in battle and was resurrected with psychic powers by an organization that wanted to use him as a weapon.
Based IMDb page, Bloodshot tells the story of American soldier Ray Garrison and his wife, Gina, who spend a vacation in an Italian coastal town on the Amalfi Coast. However, their journey is interrupted by a group of mercenaries led by Martin Ax.
Ax executed Gina in front of him. Ray is killed and awakens in the Rising Technologies (RST) lab. He turns out to be the subject of a “Bloodshot” program designed to revive and heal him by infusing him with experimental nanomachine technology.
Ray is a patient Other members of Dr. Harting include former US Navy Diver “KT”, former US Army Ranger Marcus Tibbs, and former Navy SEAL Jimmy Dalton. After witnessing a flashback of Gina and Ax, Ray abruptly leaves to avenge Gina’s death by hacking the database containing the nanites and their RST servers.
Ray tracks Ax to Budapest and kills him with a bodyguard. It hibernated on subsequent reboots. When Ray wakes up, ai is reintroduced into his RST. He later witnesses Barris’ flashback of Gina’s kidnapping and murder.
