- Cooking oil half cup

- Shrimp 5
- Tomato paste 2 tablespoons
- Tomato stewed 1 tin
Steps
- Fine chop some onions
- Add them in to a frying pan
- Next, add some the shrimps in the same
- Sauté both of them
- As soon the as the shrimp turns brown
- Then, add tomato paste in to the pan
- Next, add stewed tomatoes in the pan
- On a low flame, let them simmer for at least 10 minutes
- Turn off the flame
- Let the mixture cool down
- Now, take another pan
- Cut the plantains into small pieces
- Add them to the frying pan
- Fry the plantains so they turn golden
- In a mortar, lubricate it using oil
- Add the fried plantains and mash them
- Now stuff some fried shrimps in them
- You can place them in a warm place until serving
