About Nassau Pediatric Associates’ Practice
It all began in “The House Down The Block” on Long Island, when Dr. Harry King opened Nassau Pediatric Associates in 1953, caring for the children of our community there. His partner, Dr. Milton Spinner, joined him in 1960, and together they took house calls to our neighbors’ homes. Dr. Cappelli came back from Vietnam in 1970 to join the practice, which was growing fast.
In 1984, the practice expanded to include pediatricians Dr. William Kuncewitch and Dr. Annie Eisendrath, who saw house calls only on an occasional basis as parents brought their children to Nassau Pediatrics from all over the New York area. Today, the practice continues to offer compassionate care to the children of our community in a new red brick building with a green front door on Dogwood Avenue.
