Ultrafine grinding particles are required for many purposes, right? For the fulfillment of those purposes, a highly efficient pin mill pulverizer has been designed that is used for grinding the solid materials into macroscopic materials. It’s a simple and inexpensive approach towards grinding, sizing, and de-agglomerating.
There’s no need for screens, hammers, and knives for the fulfillment of the overall process. Instead, it relies on material impacting hundreds of pins thousands of times as it starts traveling from the center to the periphery of the milling chamber. The chamber has an outer stationary disc containing circular rows of the pin that alternate with concentric rows of the pin on the inner rotating disc.
Different range of particles is needed at different times so the operator of this machine only needs to adjust the speed at which the inner disc rotates from a hundred to thousand RMP depending on mill diameter. This extreme flexibility enables the machine to grind friable materials from coarse particles to the powdery form. It’s compact and economical with high-capacity and maintenance-free.

The overall process can be optimized by either increasing the rotor speed tip to the maximum level or minimizing both the feed and airflow rate.
