Weapons are the lifeblood of the new world, and each player’s weapon choice determines what skills are available to them, what stats and equipment to focus on, and what activities to engage in. The current selection of the game includes 11 weapons, with a few more have already surfaced in the developer stream or otherwise poked fun at. We hope that most of the weapons listed below will find their way into the new world when the game is officially released. Pistols
The pistol is a New World weapon that was featured in the first versions of the game, even before the public alpha test began. Virtually nothing is known about the pistol, although it can be assumed that it functions similarly to the musket, although its abilities are more geared towards hand-to-hand combat.
The dagger
The dagger is a new world weapon that was shown on the developers’ Livestream, although it only appears on the item bar screen and is never used by the player. It is implied that daggers are used as a set of two and we expect them to decrease possibility. Some authors speculate that the daggers’ abilities will revolve around stealth, mobility, and deception rather than direct damage.
Gauntlets of the Void
According to leaked data, the Void Gauntlet is a high damage melee weapon that can increase with intelligence. The weapon has a number of interesting properties, including the ability to suck blood. It should be noted that data mining information in games is notoriously unreliable as it is often extracted from abandoned or experimental code and from assets that are not actually intended for publication. One-handed Mace
One-handed monkshood is just that: an iron hat that is held in one hand. The great thing about this weapon is that it gives New World players another type of weapon that they can use along with a shield. Currently, the shield is only worn with the sword.
Two-handed swords
The two-handed sword is a must-have for any self-respecting fantasy MMORPG, and the New World doesn’t have one right now. Players have seen two-handed swords on promotional pictures for New World and some AI enemies are using them, which raises hopes that this weapon will eventually be added to New World players’ arsenal.
