Audi, the brand which epitomizes luxury cars, having a high style quotient, has recently launched a new car, an SUV, in India, naming it the Q7. It has been lauded very enthusiastically by Indian car lovers and seems like it is a car to stay on Indian roads.

The Q7 is being sold at 72-77.50 lakhs, for its two variants which are 45TDI Technology (Diesel) and Premium Plus (Diesel). browse this site

The Q7 is sold in two diesel variants only, which give a mileage of 14.75 km/l on highways and 10.7 km/l on city roads. The bonnet holds a 3 liter V6 diesel engine, carried forward from its previous model, though there is a significant increase in power from the earlier 241 bhp to the current 268 bhp and the torque value has also increased from 56 km to 61 km. 8-speed automatic transmission is linked to this powerful diesel engine. It is because of this up-gradation in the engine leading to higher power and torque generation, that the acceleration is also super, with the SUV racing from 0 to 100 km/h in an unbelievable 6.3 seconds. Audi’s Quattro all-wheel-drive system is incorporated into the Q7, enabling the power to be transmitted to all four wheels, equally. Q7 is available in different driving modes, like dynamic, comfort, and S modes, depending on the distance driven and the road. Safety is given paramount importance, with 8 airbags being company fitted into both the variants, apart from other safety features like hill-start assist, hill descent control, and ABS. check it out

‘Amazing’is probably the word that first comes to mind, when one enters the cabin of the Q7. Luxury is seen all over the cabin, with its pleasant double-toned color theme on the finest quality leather upholstery. The power steering wheel is also leather-covered, enhancing grandeur. The dashboard is unusually low-placed and the AC vents running across its width give out an elitist feel. Unlike most other SUVs, which provide a decent space in the first two rows and cramped up space in the third row, this SUV provides almost equal leg space in all three rows, which increases the comfort of the ride. Special features like Audi’s MMI touch control unit with a large 8.3-inch touchpad with handwriting recognition, two sound systems with 3D audio, separate two-zone climate control for rear passengers, etc., are all incorporated into the cabin.

It looks classy from the front, with its hexagonal grille, having to a chrome surround, and the slim yet powerful LED lamps in the headlight cluster. Chrome around the window frame looks elegant and the multiple-spoke alloy wheels look smart. The rear profile looks equally enticing with the rear roof spoiler. click for more info
