What you get with us from the start is a site inspection to make sure that everything will install correctly, that all panels will meet the requirements of clamping zones etc. We also advise if the meter box requires upgrading to meet Energex requirements.
Once the site inspection has been conducted you will get a customised solar proposal in full detail, panel location, tilt, shading issues, savings etc. Once the installation is done, we do not finish there! We will make you understand fully how the system works and how to shut it down & turn it on. Our solar installers also follow up a few months later to check if you have a satisfaction after your first energy bill to discuss your savings and any questions you may have.
We also install smart metering and if you have it installed, we run through a remote monthly check on our installed systems to make sure everything is functioning correctly.
