1. Hand Sanitizer
There must be many members of the gym and fitness clubs which you don’t know where they are coming from. You cannot deny the fact that you are surrounded by many germs. Lots of them carrying lots of viruses and bacteria. So, what can you do? Hand Sanitizer is the solution. Keep sanitizing your hands and arms before and after touching any of the gym equipment.
Dumb-bells, rods, machines, mats, railing, lift, treadmill, cycling, and various other gadgets that you use must be well sanitized. And, if you cannot sanitize them (which is not possible to sanitize every time in a public gym) sanitize your hands. Move on to the mission of personal safety.
