The smaller battery pack is paired with a motor that produces 61 PS/110 Nm, while the larger battery pack is paired with a motor that produces 75 PS/114 Nm. With these battery options, the electric hatchback claims to offer a range of anywhere from 250 km to 315 km on a single charge, providing flexibility for different driving needs and preferences.
When it comes to charging the Tata Tiago Electric, there are various options available to suit different lifestyles and charging needs. Using a 15 A Socket Charger, it takes approximately 6.9 hours to fully charge the 19.2 kWh battery and 8.7 hours for the 24 kWh battery, both from 10% to 100% charge. Similarly, with a 3.3 kW AC Charger, the charging times remain the same at 6.9 hours for the 19.2 kWh battery and 8.7 hours for the 24 kWh battery.
For those with access to a 7.2 kW AC Charger, charging times are significantly reduced. It takes about 2.6 hours to fully charge the 19.2 kWh battery and 3.6 hours for the 24 kWh battery, again from 10% to 100% charge. Additionally, for faster charging on the go, the Tata Tiago Electric supports DC Fast Charging, which takes just 58 minutes to charge both battery sizes from 10% to 80% capacity, providing added convenience for drivers who need to top up their battery quickly during their journeys.
