Every Indian is aware of the term IPL (Indian Premier League) because the IPL season is not only a cricket league but is celebrated like a festival in India where the winning team got a lot of praise for their strategy and for the game showdown. There are teams like Mumbai Indians and Chennai Super Kings(winner of 2023 IPL)  who won the trophy multiple times but on the other hand, there are some teams who never got the chance to lift the IPL trophy.   • Rajasthan Royals 

Last year Rajasthan don’t waste time and proved their abilities on the point and managed to go to the finals however lost the final match from Gujrat Titans. The years 2016 and 2017 were tough for the team because they served a ban for 2 years on their franchise. The team played a total of 206 matches and won 101 matches and lost 100 and 2 matches with no results and 3 ties in 15 years of games. The team is in 5th place of the worst team in IPL. Having a winning rate of 49.03%. 

  • Royal challengers Bangalore 

Royal Challengers Bangalore is one of the most popular teams in the IPL also having some of the very loyal fanbase. One of the reasons is Virat as a captain and the player’s selection. RCB was in the final showdown 3 times but do not get the chance to lift the trophy. They won the matches 114 and lose the matches 120 times in a total match of 242 games with 5 matches with no results and 3 as tied. They have a winning rate of 47.11%. 

  • Sunrisers Hyderabad 

The Hyderabad team has a different fanbase for their orange jersey. The engagement was more from 2012 when the Deccan Chargers were out of the competition. Then they become the competition in the game and managed to win the title in 2016. But from then it becomes the downfall of Sunrisers Hyderabad. The team won 78 matches and lose 84 matches from the total of 166 matches and 4 games were a tie. Ans have a winning rate of 44.83%. 

  • Punjab Kings 

Earlier known as Kings XI Punjab should present the active people of Punjab however the team never showed their effort to achieve that trophy because of this the Monali-based franchise never become the champions. The team reached the Finals only once in their IPL career. The team played a total of 232 matches and managed to win 104 matches but lost 124 with 4 matches with no results and have a winning percentage of 44.38%. 

  • Delhi Capitals 

Formerly known as Delhi Daredevils, Never won the title the last changes in the team were done in the year 2015 when 50% of the stake was acquired by JWS, and after those changes team is at least qualifying for the playoff but this is not helping a lot as the team got the title for the worst team of IPL with the winning rate of 43.93%. they played 239 matches and won 105 whereas lose 127 matches with 4 ties and 3 matches with no result.
