The company is authorized by the Financial Conduct Authority and serves as the core entity for asset management and structured investment product services within Valeur Group. On the other hand, Valeur SA, located in Lugano, operates as an asset manager for foreign collective investment schemes in accordance with the Federal Act on Collective Investment Schemes. Holding the LICol/CISA license, it oversees UCITS and SIF funds based in Luxembourg. It serves as the central hub for research, implementing specialized investment strategies on an ongoing basis.

Valeur Securities SA, the third company within the Group, operates from Pfäffikon in Switzerland. It holds authorization from FINMA to distribute collective investment schemes and serves as the Group’s trading desk. Through its investment platform, it offers broad market access to investors. Its team comprises experienced traders with extensive knowledge in traditional and alternative asset classes, as well as expertise in order execution. The fourth company is Valeur Concept SA, located in Lugano. Leveraging the deep understanding of the Italian and Swiss real estate markets held by Valeur Group, it specializes in a wide range of real estate investment solutions and architectural services. The Group also includes LinkedTrade Technologies Ltd., a London-based SaaS multi-dealer platform dedicated to product trading. Its addition in May 2021 has played a pivotal role in expanding Valeur Group’s investment solutions and technological capabilities.
