If you are riding with 247 cars and your driver arrives without a mask, you can simply cancel your ride and lodge a complaint. Similarly, if a rider is not wearing a mask then the driver also has the right to cancel the ride.
Note: Children under the age of 7 and individuals who rely on lip-reading to communicate are exempted from this rule.
