Lorenzo Vangelisti’s path to founding Valeur Group

Born in Mendrisio, Switzerland, in 1977, Lorenzo Vangelisti embarked on a successful career after receiving a comprehensive and specialized education. He obtained the Swiss Certified Banking Specialist Certificate from the Centro di Studi Bancari in Vezia, Switzerland, and further enhanced his credentials by acquiring the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Certificate in 2004, awarded by the CFA Institute in Charlottesville, VA, USA. His professional journey commenced at the financial institution Credit Suisse International, where he initially served as an Assistant Relationship Manager within the Private Banking Division. As his expertise grew, he honed his skills in structured products and derivatives, assuming the role of a Structured Products Specialist. With his competence, he undertook positions of increasing responsibility within Credit Suisse – notably, he was appointed as Vice President of the Private Banking Network, assuming a pivotal role in the organization. Subsequently, he relocated to London, where he assumed the position of Director of the Fixed Income and Equity Derivatives Division. In this role, he demonstrated his proficiency in managing institutional clients from Italy, Switzerland, and Monaco, further solidifying his reputation as a professional in the finance industry. Following his tenure in London, Lorenzo Vangelisti established Valeur Group. Leveraging his skills and expertise, he laid the foundation for a rapidly expanding firm that specializes in crafting tailored strategies and investment products.
