- 1 ½ cup chopped dark chocolate
- 1 ½ cup caster sugar
- 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup flour

- 35g cocoa powder
For the mousse layer –
- 2 cups chopped dark chocolate
- ½ cup whipping cream
- 1 cup whipped cream
How to make a mousse cake at home?
- Grease an 8” square pan and line it with parchment paper.
- Preheat oven to 180*C.
- Melt butter and chocolate in a saucepan set over low heat.
- Once melted, set aside and let it cool.
- Mix sugar, Greek yoghurt and vanilla extract properly in another bowl.
- Add the cooled chocolate mixture to the yoghurt mixture.
- Add in the cocoa powder, baking powder and flour and mix properly.
- Take the pan, transfer the batter, and bake it for 35-40 minutes at 180*C.
