RETURN YOUR BMW

You need to make an important decision. Will you keep it or return it and get a newer model? This information will help you make a decision on whether to return your BMW. We can assist you in any way.

STEP 1. SCHEDULE A PREINSPECTION

When it is time for your pre-inspection, our Company will get in touch with you. To arrange a free pre-inspection, you can also call your local BMW Center. You can also view Inspection Guidelines from an Irvine BMW dealer to get a better idea of what we are looking at.

STEP 2. ACCESS THE RESULTS.

Sign in to My BMW to view the results of your preinspection. It will provide a concise summary of estimated costs and estimates for any remaining payments. If you enjoy driving your BMW, it is possible that your contract mileage has been exceeded. The Mileage Adjustment Program* is offered by our Company. This allows you to purchase more mileage at a lower rate and return your BMW.

3: MAKE ALL REPAIRS NECESSARY

If your BMW needs repairs, we recommend you visit your local BMW Center. Only original BMW parts will be used and all work will be done to the highest standard. This will prevent any unapproved parts from causing unexpected delays and additional charges.

STEP 4. RETURN YOUR BMW

Although it is difficult to say goodbye, we know you want your next BMW as soon as possible. Contact our preferred BMW Center to schedule your final inspection and vehicle return. You will be back on the road in no-time if you took advantage of the pre-inspection. You don’t need a pre-inspection. Everything will be covered during your appointment.

STEP 5. ACCESS YOUR VEHICLE RELEASE STATEMENT

You can view a copy of your Vehicle Return Statement after you return your vehicle. Two to three weeks after returning your vehicle, you will receive a copy your Vehicle Return Statement.

As a thank-you, our company offers an unused mileage credit. If you finance or lease your next BMW through us, we’ll waive the disposal fee.

INSPECTION GUIDELINES

You may not find your BMW in perfect condition when it is returned. Please refer to these guidelines for excess wear and tear. Our local BMW Center makes it easy to get repairs done quickly with genuine BMW parts.
