If you’re bringing young children to Florida this summer, we recommend a trip to Legoland Florida, a dream amusement park for kids ages 2-12. Children over 1 meter can mount most female jewelry.
Legoland Florida is a new Florida attraction built on the grounds of a former Cypress Park. This means that the 150-acre site is lush and has plenty of shade from the hot sun.
The rides here are smaller than those you’ll find at other Florida amusement parks and are also suitable for nervous kids. LEGOLAND also publishes a guide for parents on how to introduce their children to their first roller coaster!
When you arrive at Legoland, the first thing you’ll see is Sky in the Sky, a panoramic ride platform above the park, and the Grand Carousel, a beautiful carousel for giant Lego horses. When I saw this, the dessert counter jumped off the scales!
One of Flea’s favorite games was a lost kingdom adventure where kids could shoot into Egyptian tombs to drive off villains.
If you’re looking for a roller coaster for kids, Coaster Saurus, a wooden roller coaster with giant Lego dinosaurs, is a big hit with the whole group. The Dragon roller coaster is a high-speed roller coaster that’s exciting enough for kids. They are small. The Flying Roller Coaster and Project X rides were arguably the fastest (and nastiest) rides of the day, so it’s no wonder they’re the favorite free rides. Didn’t have time to hose down the water zone but would highly recommend after trying this UK cruise at Legoland Windsor.
Outdoor activities such as riding and sailing schools were great fun as I found my favorite activity group of the day was a) unable to get past the right hand side and b) unable to fly a small boat around the course. I always think that the driving school is one of the best places in Legoland. It’s so much fun for kids to have the freedom to go wherever they want without having to ride in a truck. I hope to be 7 years old.
Like other Florida parks visited on a trip to Orlando, Legoland Florida offers the chance to meet a personal guide for the day, priority access to vehicles, and (ideally) a miniature tour of a secret shop. . Park Modeler We really enjoyed this experience, but it is quite expensive – the package includes lunch and admission for children from $395 to adult’s $495 – normal park admission is $75.
Here are five tips for Legoland Florida:
Don’t get hooked on buying Lego blocks at the park. In most cases, you can buy it online at a low price.
Focus on the morning rides – the earlier you get to the back of the park, the shorter the line.
Don’t forget to check out the mini country – the models and scenes are great, the Star Wars models are especially fun and well worth exploring.
Be sure to try Grandma’s Apple Fly after riding the Dragon Line.
Please bring a minifigure. All model citizens (LEGOLAND employees are famous) have minifigures on their name tags. If you want to trade with them, ask a question. There are rumors of a man in the park wearing a minifigure from head to toe, but we haven’t seen him.
Truth:
Legoland Florida is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays during the off-season and closes at 5 pm year-round. Please check their specific business hours before planning your visit. The water park is open from March 9 until the summer.
Admission is $64 for adults and $54 for children when pre-booked online. Ticket for the second day can be purchased for an additional $15.
