For amazing comfort, they have cushioned insoles that are not easily removed. You can also easily add another insole of your own, if you need more cushioning.
We think they’re for a more confident beginner, the heel is reasonably high and slim, and the crossover straps are slim. It would still be possible to twist an ankle in them, so if you buy these shoes for your first lesson, be careful.
All of the shoes we’ve discussed so far are suitable for Latin, and we’d recommend all of them if you prefer a closed-toe dance shoe.
We have simply separated the two by open and closed fingers.

These open toe dance shoes have a 2.5-inch heel as standard, but you can also order a 3-inch heel if you prefer. The heel is thin, but they have great traction on the bottom.
These are amazing beginner dance shoes, they are extremely comfortable and need almost no break-in time. As needed, the sole is flexible to really exaggerate your point.
