Students noticed ambulances and police vehicles by one of the residence halls on Tuesday morning, according to The Stanford Daily. A police officer told the publication that they could not give any details about the medical emergency until the individual’s family was notified.

As the tragic news of Katie’s death spread, the tributes started to pour in on social media. The U.S. Soccer Federation tweeted, “The thoughts and hearts of the entire U.S. Soccer Federation are with the family, friends, teammates and loved ones of Katie Meyer,” while the NCAA wrote, “We join Stanford in mourning the loss of Katie Meyer. Our condolences to her family, friends and teammates.”

Kanye “Ye” West Receives Backlash for His Alarming Video of Pete Davidson
Kanye “Ye” West is facing major criticism for his new music video for “Eazy,” which features a clay model of Pete Davidson being buried alive. Check out what people had to say below.

Kanye “Ye” West is not giving Pete Davidson any mercy.

Just hours after a judge declared Kim Kardashian legally single on March 2, the “Can’t Tell Me Nothing” rapper, 44, released the animated visuals to the song, “Eazy,” which featured a clay figure of Kim’s boyfriend Pete, 28, being kidnapped, tied up and buried alive.

In the video, Ye pours liquor over Pete’s head as he is buried in the dirt and plants seeds on him, which sprout into roses. As the Donda rapper stands in the field of roses, the lyrics, “God saved me from that crash just so I can beat Pete Davidson’s ass” are played in the background. He then clips the flowers and places them onto a flatbed truck—seemingly referencing the truckload of roses his estranged wife Kim received for Valentine’s Day.

At the conclusion of the video, the words, “EVERYONE LIVED HAPPILY EVER AFTER / EXCEPT SKETE YOU KNOW WHO / JK HE’S FINE,” appeared on the screen.

The “Eazy” visuals caused social media users to go into a frenzy. One person tweeted, “it breaks my heart to think of pete rn bc like nick cannon said days ago, pete davidson is such a delicate and loving person. what kanye’s doing is so disgusting and immature,” while another wrote that Kim “is being publicly stalked and harassed by Kanye.”

Community

Though a lot of people had an issue with Ye’s new visuals for “Eazy,” there were several people who didn’t see a problem with the video.

One person tweeted, “People losing their minds over a music video are the same people who say ‘Pete’s SNL monologue on Kanye was just comedy and not that big of a deal,'” while another wrote, “People are mad at Kanye West for making art because it’s 2022. No art can be made unless it’s pre-approved by the Thought Council.”

Shanna Moakler Shares She’s Pregnant Days After Ex Matthew Rondeau’s Domestic Violence Arrest
“I took a pregnancy test,” Shanna Moakler said just days after ex-boyfriend Matthew Rondeau was arrested for allegedly harming her. “It is positive.”

For Shanna Moakler, this news was unexpected.

A week after her ex-boyfriend Matthew Rondeau was arrested for felony domestic violence, the former Celebrity Big Brother star told People that she is pregnant with her fourth child.

“I took a pregnancy test and it is positive,” Moakler—mom to Atiana De La Hoya, 22, Landon Barker, 18, and Alabama Barker, 16—said. “This has been a very difficult week, but I’m taking everything day by day.”

On Feb. 24, Rondeau was arrested and booked on suspicion of felony domestic violence after an alleged altercation with Moakler, 46, at their Los Angeles home, Radar Online reported. The outlet quoted a police arrest report as saying that the model grabbed the Playboy Playmate by the hair, swung her to the ground, grabbed her face and neck, threw a chair at her and urinated on her, “leaving visible injuries.”

Soon after he was freed from police custody after posting a $50,000 bond, Rondeau, 29, wrote on his Instagram Story, per Us Weekly, “To my family and friends, I just want you to know I love you so so much. You know I’d never lay a hand on another woman…The love of my life has made me out to be the villain.”

Today, he stands by his innocence. “I never hit her or beat her,” he told Radar Online. “I love her and wanted to spend my life with her…I can’t believe this is happening. I would never harm the woman I want to call my wife.”

He continued, “I’m an innocent man going through the toughest obstacle of his entire life so far.”
