The bolt doesn’t that’s for drilling into soft woods like pine or chipboard or plywood like this if I was drilling into hard wood I would make sure I could only just see the tiniest bit of thread because hardwoods more likely it’s very hard so it’s more likely to split whereas soft woods usually just push out of the way and if you want to get a good grip you just leave the whole French shine I’ve just sort of winging Metal Corner Brackets it here was the depth I don’t want it I don’t want to go through the table so sort of guesstimate it because the table is pretty thick I can get away with it otherwise you could just use masking tape on the drill bit to use as a depth gauge so I need to squeeze the bracket into place here so I can get the other screw in so I decide to oh I don’t yet now I decide to hold the bracket and just put it in with my fingers first to get in position cuz I can’t hold the bracket put the screw in and drill it at the same time I’ve only got two hands and there. We go so I tend not to do any of my screws up fully tight so we’re just checking now to make sure we’ve got a good fit so I want the actual timber to be pressing into the table so it’s got good support and helps for stability now we can drill the other holes and yeah I just do my screws up tight at the end just so the whole thing bounces that I don’t get too much stress on one side which can tend to pull things out of square so the last one I do up tight and then I go and check the others it’s good to test fit again yay now I managed to cut my finger summer I started believing over everything I was touching I couldn’t work out why then I found it’s the cat on my finger and then I realized where’d it come from there’s a lot of Outdoor Screws rough edges on this bracket a lot of rough sharp edges and obviously just cut myself on the back of somewhere so I decided to file it all down I apologize if you’re wearing headphones because the sound this sort of thin Metal Corner Brackets.

Being filed is akin to fingers on the chalkboard so I’m sorry about that and of course, always try and get the corners cuz cores are one spot you always get cuts from I do I do actually go over the whole thing here but I save you save your ears from me doing the whole thing on Corner Brackets now I’ve put the rod all the way in and now I’m unscrewing it you’ll notice it’s actually quite hard for me to unscrew it and that’s because we only did a 12 mil hole with the Timmy or rod so probably the rod is actually touching the timber.
