24 hour cancellation policy
Lux nails requires a 24-hour cancellation notice when booking a salon appointment. If a client cancels with less notice, he or she will be charged 50% of the total amount. In addition, if a client cancels less than 24 hours before the appointment, they will have to forfeit their entire deposit, which is usually $20. This deposit can be applied toward a future service. This cancellation policy is also in effect for wedding parties. In order to avoid losing a deposit, clients must cancel 48 hours before the wedding date.
