Ingredients- a cup of warm water, blending jar, a cup of oat, cashew, two spoon tahini, a few dates, an apple

Step 1: Soak a cup of oats and a few cashews in warm water for 10-15 minutes. However, if you are using normal/cold water, you can keep it soaked overnight too. Then you can use it in the morning right away. 

Step 2: Take the blending jar and pour water into it. Water is the base of smoothies. So, always pour water into the blending jar before mixing any other ingredients. Then add the soaked oats and cashew nuts with it. 

Step 3: Add dates. Do not forget to remove the seed of the date. If the dates are not soft, then you can try and soak them in water before making the smoothie. Also, add two spoons of tahini. Add an extra spoon of water with tahini so that it doesn’t stick with the blender jar.

Step 1: take the blending jar then add frozen strawberries and 2 bananas. 

Step 2: Add 2 spoons of chia seeds. Pour 1 ½ cup of milk into the jar. You can add more milk if you want the smoothie to be thinner. 

Step 3: then add any sweetener that you like. I like maple syrup. If you don’t, then you can add honey instead.

Ingredients: raspberries, blackberries, a spoonful of chia seed, banana, almond butter, milk, honey, and cashew.

Step 1: Take a bowl, then smash raspberries and blackberries in it. Add a spoon of chia seeds to it and mix it well. 

Step 2: Transfer the paste into a different jar or bowl and keep it in a freezer. It will turn into a tasty, colourful jam. 

Step 3: Take a blender jar and mix 2 bananas with a spoon of almond butter. Then add a cup of milk and blend it. Transfer half the amount of the blended substance to a glass.

Step 4: Add a spoon of the jam made with raspberries and blackberries. You will see the smoothie changing its colour. Now, add this with the banana-almond blend.

Ingredients- Kale 50gm, spinach 50 gm, chard 50gm, ½ avocado, ½ apple, 1 banana, 8 blueberries, 2 cherry tomatoes, 1 tablespoon peanut butter, add a cup of water or 250ml

Step 1: Put kale, spinach, and chard in the blender jar. Now, peel the avocado and apple before you put them in the jar. 

Step 2: cut the banana into 4-6 pieces. Then you can add the blueberries and cherry tomatoes. If you don’t like cherry tomatoes, you can skip them.

Step 3: Add one tablespoon of peanut butter. It will maintain the consistency of the smoothie. At last, add a cup of water for the base. Now, blend it, and it’s ready.

Step 1: Take two bananas and 70 gm of rolled oats in the blending jar. Now add 2 tablespoons of chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder. 

Step 2: Add 3 tablespoons of smooth peanut butter. You can also use the regular peanut butter, but you may not feel the rich taste of the smoothie. 

Step 3: Add maple syrup with all other ingredients. If you don’t have maple syrup, then you can use honey instead of syrup. Later, add 100ml of coconut water and 350ml of milk. Blend it well. Make sure that the green leaves that you added are completely blended. You can also add a little vegan whipped cream on top of the smoothie to make it tastier.
