This helmet was invented in China by CloudMinds. The helmet is a meta-design in the shape of a cycling helmet with sensors and cameras to help navigate the environment by sending data to the AI technology’s cloud server.  

The instrument is worn mainly by blind people to enable them to see as they go on with daily activities. It is also referred to as the Eye See, which can notify the wearer if danger is close using text. The camera has a laser radar that can pick anything with a range of 10 feet.
