October 20th , a charity night event was held under auspices of the Oleksandr Usyk Foundation at the Beverly hills Hotel in Los Angeles. The event gathered over 120 people from different industries and fields to support Ukraine, to donate to the victims of a war.
“ The only one purpose of this event is to help all my brothers and sisters back in Ukraine fighting for my country” – said O. Usyk. During the event, there was an auction, where the guests could make a bid and buy art, boxing accessories, vip tickets to lakers games and etc. All purchases made during event is going to be transferred by the organizers to the Usyk Foundation. One of the most impressive artwork was “ Boxing glove” created by sculptor SigitasSniras. “The glove was so heave, that even I had a hard time holding it “ – said Usyk.
Besides the auction, there was performances in between. The event would be that memoriable without symphony orchestra, playing classical pieces written specially for this event and celebrated Lithuanian singer Neringa Siaudikyte, which performed at the event.
Neringa is a celebrated Lithuanian singer. She is well known singer in Lithuania since 2012 when she participated in “ The Voice” of Lithuania. A lot of good words going to a well known man suit designer Amir Bahadora, that helped organizing this event, as well as Egis Klimas to joint the efforts for this important cause.
