For the first time in a long time, Bollywood is hitting the ‘bell bottom’ instead of the ground! Bell Bottom is a much-awaited action thriller written by Asim Arora and Parviz Sheikh and directed by Ranjit Tiwari. The film stars veteran Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar as Anshul Malhotra, Vani Kapoor as Anshul’s wife Radhika Malhotra, and Lara Dutta as India’s former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi watch this amazing movie on movieswatch24.

The plane was hijacked

A spy thriller based on an actual incident that took place in August 1984 in India under Indira Gandhi’s regime, ICC Flight 691 departed Delhi on August 24, 1984 with 210 passengers on board, at a time when airplane hijackings were a common occurrence. Unfortunately, the plane was hijacked and taken to Lahore, Pakistan by the hijackers. India’s then Prime Minister Indira Gandhi was ready to negotiate with the Pakistani authorities to release the passengers on the plane.

Watch a thriller movie and enjoy

This was thwarted by RAW agent Anshul Malhotra, code-named “Bell Bottom”. Bellbottom had investigated the previous hijackers and was convinced that the ISI was behind this hijacking. Meanwhile, the hijackers flew the plane to Dubai airport. Bell Bottom then embarks on an adventurous mission to Dubai to free the hostages from the hijackers. 54-year-old Akshay Kumar is still incredibly spry. He is well suited for the role of this action-packed bell-bottom agent.

It is a moving drama in the true sense of the word

Bollywood uses the same old concept of a classy hero meeting a cruel villain and saving the day. Inspired by real life, this drama is peppered with Akshay’s charisma and his many performances. The plot of “Bell Bottom” is simple, but intriguing. It’s been a long time since I’ve seen such an engaging plot.

Sincere Orientation and Adventurous Exploration

The plot follows Agent Bellbottom on an adventurous quest to rescue a hostage, and Tiwari’s excellent direction brings out the essence of the plot and makes the story more engaging. To be honest, I did not feel the romantic chemistry between Akshay Kumar and Vaani Kapoor in Bellbottom. Perhaps due to the huge age gap between the two, Vaani barely got any screen time and could have played the role of a trophy.

The chemistry between performance and romance

I wasn’t a big fan of the bell-bottom romance song; it was ordinary. You’ll have to wait and see. Isn’t Bell Bottom an “action movie”? Sure, the movie is marketed as an “action thriller”. However, if you watch the movie from start to finish, there are very few action scenes, with one exception.

A sandstorm in the desert

The scene takes place as the terrorists are driving their car through the desert, unable to see ahead due to the sandstorm. We see a bellhop attacking their car and seizing it. There’s too much action. Seeing this, I have to think that this failed scene was added to enhance the action of the movie.

It could have been difficult

The plot could have been exciting, but the producers could have given more thought to the structure of the bell. The entire film was shot in England. It must have been difficult for the filmmakers to compare the landscape of England with that of Pakistan or Dubai. This is reflected in the clothing of the Dubai police, the police cars, and the Dubai authorities in the film.

The Important Role of Effects

It is too unrealistic. The plot of “Bell Bottom” is interesting. However, at times, I felt the movie dragged on. There are too many unresolved encounters, which can be confusing. However, the confrontation between Bell Bottom and the main antagonist, ISI agent Daljit Singh (Zain Khan Durrani), made the moviesverse interesting. Huma Qureshi played Adira Rehman, an ordinary team member with no background, but I think Qureshi played this important role well.

Visual Storytelling Experience

I thought the camerawork and editing in this film were very good. Cinematographer Rajiv Ravi and editor Chandan Arora were able to show their mastery in visual storytelling.
