3 Steps to Vegan Banana Pudding
Step one: to get this vegan banana pudding started, you’ll need your Simply Delish Instant Banana Pudding mix and a plant-based milk of your choice. Empty the banana pudding sachet into a bowl and measure and pour in 11/4 cup of the milk.
Step two: Take the handheld electric mixer and start mixing the powder and milk combination for two minutes until homogenous and smooth.

Blondies:
- 1 cup oat flour
- 2tbsp corn starch
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch salt
- 1 tbsp ground flax, plus 2 tbsp water
- 1 large banana mashed
- 1/3 cup almond butter
- 2 tbsp oat milk
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- Splash vanilla
Banana Pudding Frosting:

- 1/2 cup oat milk, plus 2 tbsp
