Often times a full bar isn’t necessary for smaller parties or even for groups that will have underage minors around. In these cases, a small drink station with sodas, juices, and water is a nice simple and effective solution. Having a photo booth is the cheaper of the two options and allows guests to go in on their own time throughout the event to take pictures and pay for them separately. But if there is room in the budget a professional photographer will capture the best moments with the greatest quality hands down. We provide different options in our venue with built-in stages or our beautiful corridor stairwell that can give you the perfect perch to stand and address all of your beloved guests below. - Lighting and Table setup are often overlooked by many hosts until you realize that many venues don’t offer these complementary here at the Event Plaza at Whitney Ranch we do include these free of charge all we ask is that a proper headcount is provided in advance to get the correct number of tables set up and ready.
