Plot
Patrizia Reggiani is a pleasant-looking young Italian lady. She is working in her father’s trucking firm as an office manager. She gets Maurizio Gucci in touch at a party. Maurizio is 50% of Gucci’s franchise because of his father Rodolfo Gucci. After Patrizia knows about Maurizio, they become close friends.
Maurizio’s father has a concern that Patrizia is the wrong sort. He warns his son not to marry her. Maurizio is in love with Patrizia so for her he leaves his home. Then he starts work at the Reggiani trucking company. Patrizia becomes pregnant and Maurizio is happy to see his business will be grown up by his upcoming baby.
When Maurizio’s uncle Aldo comes to know about the pregnancy of Patrizia, he takes this news as a pleasant one. Patrizia meets with Aldo’s son Palao who wants to become a designer of Gucci but his mind level does not allow him to do so.
As you know greed is a curse, In the race being rich overnight Patrizia has many evil-type ideas. She wants to take control of the Gucci shares. Patrizia starts to manipulte his husband and Palao. She directs her tricky mind in such a way that by the pieces of evidence and the use of Palao’s innocence she takes Aldo in the prison for more than a year.
Step after step she is playing her tricks and in end, Patrizia gets control of Maurizio’s mind. At the end of the movie, the curse of greediness comes on the screen. Maurizio wants to divorce her but Patrizia refuses him. Behind the scene, Maurizio is working against her. Patrizia loses her case and gets jailed. The film closes by describing the present Gucci that it is not run by any Gucci family member and is completely owned by an Investcorp.

Director Ridley Scott is known for making any genre his own, and he does precisely that with his latest Oscar-buzz-worthy offering.
