We train the muscles in the body, but often we forget about the facial muscles. If your facial muscles are not working, they will weaken. After all, your facial muscles are the carriers of your facial skin. Strengthens and stretches facial muscles for better blood circulation, firmer complexion and smoother skin.
I know from experience that doing daily facial exercises requires a lot of discipline and perseverance. Also, if you do not do it right, it may lead to wrinkles rather than avoiding them when you create an exaggerated laugh.
This is why I do not want to overwhelm you with a simple set of exercises. I limit myself to exercises that seem effective. I do this very often, not always at the same time, but only when I have time (for example, in the toilet or at the hand-washing station).
Facial yoga for firm skin
Relax your neck and shoulders
This is an extension of the neck, shoulders, and jaw. This reduces the effort required to keep the head straight, improves the appearance, and reduces the double chin.
Raise your right hand, the palm inside. Place your head to the left and tilt it evenly to the side so that your right ear is tilted to your shoulder. Save the numbers five to ten.
It’s the same on the other side.
To strengthen the bottom of the mouth
Facial yoga training is from Ismakagi. A firm mouth is important if you want to prevent a double chin. Exercises that strengthen the pelvic floor and the exercises you do for the arch of the foot have a positive effect on the floor of the mouth. The arrows, pelvic floor, and mouth angles affect each other (positive and negative).
Imagine having candy in your mouth. The hairs stand against the sky. Feel what happens under your mouth and under your chin as a result of the movement. Feel the outside of your fingertips.
Stand up straight and rise with the arrows (big toes). Feel the pelvic floor contract and raise the tongue and mouth. Do this while you breathe. You will notice that your diaphragm is visible.
To strengthen the double buttocks and neck
Stand in front of the mirror and do it rhythmically and quickly. Start doing this ten times and increase it to twenty times. Be careful not to fold your lips.
To prevent wrinkles above the mouth
Wrinkles in the mouth are a phenomenon of women. To start, always try to relax your lips, because compressing your lips will make those lines more visible.
Extend your lower lip over the top of your lower tooth. Place your thumb on the edge of your lip.
Using the muscles of your upper lip, try to tighten as much as possible with your thumb on the gums and teeth.
Use your thumb to push outwards as you push your upper lip forward. Bring your thumb together and gradually move to the edges of your lips.
Be careful not to push your upper lip and corners of your mouth out.
At the corners of the mouth
Look in the mirror and see if the corners of your mouth are hanging down. Hanging the corners of your mouth will look different than it feels on the inside. They see you as sad and sometimes dark or harsh.
Imagine smiling inside your mouth, or pulling a rope from the corners of your mouth to your eyebrows. Over time, this will become a habit and the corners of the mouth will shrink.
Your right thumb and forefinger can help. Slowly raise the corners of your mouth to about two inches. Let them go and get started. Do this ten to twenty times a day.
To prevent shedding eyebrows and wrinkles on the forehead
Place the index finger on your forehead horizontally above the eyebrows. Touching the tips of the index fingers.
Raise your eyebrows as high as possible to create a horizontal crease on your forehead. Stop moving the eyebrows by pushing them down with your fingers.
pay attention! The skin on the forehead should be still during this exercise. Do not increase existing folds or wrinkles. Do not press the skin against the eyebrows. Also, be careful not to press your upper eyelid down.
To avoid wrinkles between the eyebrows
Place your fingertips vertically on your forehead. Your little fingers are under your eyebrows.
Curl the eyebrows as much as you want to create a vertical line on your forehead. Push your fingers out and stop the movement of the skin.
