  1. To open theme options, click the Customize Theme icon, right next to the Preview icon.
  2. Choose a preloaded image as the header or use a personal photo for it.
  3. You can choose to go with the theme colour of the header image or set it according to your liking. 
  4. Choose from a total of four different font styles for complete customization.

Field options in Google Forms:

When you create a form in Google Forms, you will get a list of options:

How to create a quiz in Google Forms?

Create a quiz by following these steps:

  1. Go to Settings to transform your form into a quiz. Hit the Quizzes tab and enable Make this a quiz.
  2. Choose if you want the respondents to get the results immediately.
  3. You can also select what your respondent can see in the form of Missed questions, Correct answers and Point values. 
  4. Click Save to close.
  5. You need to assign the correct answer and the points for it for each question. For this, hit Answer Key and tick the correct answer then assign the points.
  6. Add answer feedback (optional) and hit Save.
  7. Whenever a respondent gives a correct answer, they will automatically be rewarded with full points. 
  8. You can only check that by going to the Responses tab and selecting the respondent by their email address. 

How to share responses in Google Forms?

Follow these steps to share Google Forms with others:

  1. Hit the three dots icon in the top right and click Add collaborators.
  2. Add the emails to collaborate with or you can copy the link and share it via WhatsApp Web or Facebook Messenger.
  3. When you are ready to share your form, click Send to share your form via email or as a link. 

How to see responses in Google Forms?

You can access Google Forms on Google Drive or on its website. Follow the given steps to evaluate a particular form:

  1. Open your Google form to evaluate.
  2. When it’s loaded, go to the Responses tab. Disable Accepting Responses so that the respondents can’t make changes in the form.
  3. Check the Summary tab to look at the performance of all the respondents.
  4. The question tab lets you evaluate the responses by selecting each question one by one.
  5. The Individual tab lets you evaluate the individual performance of each respondent.
