How to Get Rishta – Understanding the Power of Positive Thinking
The Sages or the Spiritual Teachers of India used the phrase “Rishta” to explain marriage. “Rishta” means marriage in the spiritual sense. You get married to get along, to agree, to get along in the journey of life together. It is a description that describes so much more. Rishta was not just about getting married. It was an act of love and devotion to God. In this society, where lust and sex are considered to be the highest ideals of love relationships, a woman may get married for many reasons like a career change or for some unknown reason. She could be motivated by her parents, by family tradition, or even by the need for financial security.
When you get married you get your partner into the relationship with you. This relationship becomes the biggest spiritual bond between you both. The spiritual bond is stronger than the physical one. When you get married and begin your journey of living together, the bond gets stronger and strengthens the relationship. To Get Rishta is to get in touch with the higher Self. Once you get right, it is a very natural, smooth, and easy transition to get in touch with your soul mate. It does not matter what your reasons are for getting in touch with the soul mate. To get right is to get in tune with the Self and become as connected as possible with the Source of all existence.

Do not get Rishta confused with infatuation, especially if your marriage has been going on for quite some time. Infatuation can easily lead to marriage but it is definitely not the way to get right. Keep in mind that to get right you must manifest abundance in your life. It is very difficult to get right when you are in a bad marriage and are fearful. This is why many marriages end up in divorce. In order to get right, you must keep the lines of communication open and be patient.
You will find that as you get in touch with your higher self you will realize that you are not the problem in your marriage, it is who you are presenting yourself to be. We often get caught up in what others think about us and we get stuck in a pattern of negative self-talk that leads to self-doubt and fear that leads to a crumbling marriage. Do not get right if you are trying to conceive. If you are trying to get pregnant, you will want to get it right as often as possible. On the other hand, if you are trying to get married you may want to wait until you have kids. The main thing is not to wait too long.
