Part No. BD9897FS
Introduction:
DC to AC inverters is mostly designed for changing a Direct current power supply to an Alternating power supply. Here, DC power supply is comparatively stable or well managed as well as positive voltage source whereas AC oscillates approximately a 0V base stage or base level, typically in a sinusoidal or square or mode. The most common inverter technology used or available in electronics is to convert a voltage source from a battery into an Alternating current signal.
Features:
36 Volt High voltage processor
1 channel control with Full-Bridge
Lamp current and voltage sense feedback control system
Sequencing easily attained with Soft Start Control
Short circuit protection with the help of Timer Latch
Under Voltage Lock Out condition of IC
Working:
The inverter circuit outputs alternating current with changing voltage and frequency. The DC/AC conversion mechanism or changes power transistors such as “IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor)” and changes the ON/OFF conditions or intervals to create pulse waves with different widths according to our need. It then combines them into a pseudo sine wave available for use. This is called “Pulse Width Modulation (PWM)”.
The computer system controls the pulse width automatically. Some of the specially dedicated one-chip computers that control or manage the motor include a product with the PWM function pre-installed or already present. This makes it possible to create pseudo sine waves of various frequencies and systems and control the rotation speed of the motor simply by specifying desired parameters of that available device.
Applications:
- Used in electric hybrid vehicles
- Solar systems
- Low power AC Motors
- Battery systems
