The following is a second-level certification in the field of Information Technology Service Management. There are a lot of modules in the following certification. The candidates need to have 30 contact hours of instruction for the syllabus with an accredited company. Lastly, the candidates need to have work experience of 2 years.
ITIL Managing Across the Lifecycle Eligibility Criteria:

Eligibility Criteria for ITIL expert:

The candidates don’t need to appear in an exam to achieve the following certification. There are certain eligibility criteria for the following certification. The candidates need to get a total of 22 credits towards becoming an ITIL professional. Out of these 22 credits, 2 credits are of ITIL Foundation, 15 credits are from ITIL Intermediate Levels, and 6 credits are from other complementary certifications. The candidates are also required to have proper knowledge of the ITIL Service Lifecycle.
