For the rapidly spreading coronavirus, which has been ravaging much of China, a potential escalation of a global response is looming on the horizon. China has confirmed over 7,700 cases and reported 170 deaths. Outside of the country, at least 75 people have been infected across the U.S., Japan, France, Germany, and several other countries.
This will be the third meeting of its kind mulling over designating the novel coronavirus a global health emergency. At the previous two meetings, on January 22 and 23, WHO stopped short of declaring the virus a PHEIC. What constitutes a PHEIC? Then how do officials decide how serious the transmission of a disease has to be before it is an international public health emergency?

Similarly technology and civilization level should have a vastly greater effect on the range, especially over seas. Why exactly do minor tribes in Brittain have full contact and trade with other minor tribes in Gaul? Or what I think is even worse, tribes in Scandinavia. Correct me if I am wrong but the people that lived in Scandinavia didn’t really land in Brittain for quite a while after this game’s time period. Makes sense for Greek states with high civilization/technology values to have a longer range via the sea for trade/diplomacy than minor tribes in Gaul or Brittain. atta mail

Actually there’s heaps, a lot cheaper, and a shorter flight.It’s not really going to help you already know exactly where you want to go and do there. It’s useful if you have limitations or specific needs. Eg a popular one seems to be young families who only want to fly X hours with their children and would like to see what the options are. If anyone has worked in the travel industry especially around product or marketing I have a question. Why hasn’t anyone built this yet? I get emails from airlines telling me about all their deals to a continent, then seem to expect me to research all the destinations myself before I can even decide if their deal is relevant to me. We have a couple of plants that need a lot of water. The bulbs work well for this too. I’m pretty good about prepping the house before we leave although I once left a hose hooked to an outside spigot. It was turned off at the nozzle end, but I had left the spigot turned on.
