To prepare biryani long grain rice(basmati) is washed then a gravy is prepared with the use of various spices, saffron, paneer, carrots and other vegetables and then rice is mixed properly with the gravy and then the dish is covered and packed completely using dough and is cooked over low flame. Once the biryani is ready it is served with curry or dal. This has great colouring and flavour of saffron in it.
Chicken Biryani:-
Chicken biryani is one of the non-veg versions of biryani, very delicious. If you are a non-veg you must definitely taste the chicken biryani. This is also cooked as paneer biryani but instead of paneer, we use chicken pieces to cook it.P
Shahi Paneer:-
Shahi paneer is a royal vegetarian dish available in India prepared out of ghee, nuts, onions and paneer. First fry paneer in ghee and set it aside. Then for preparing paste nuts and onions are fried well in ghee and then the mixture is made into a smooth paste. Later, ghee is added to the pan and cinnamon and cloves are fried with various spices and then fried paneer is added to it. Then it is fried well then the smooth paste of nuts and onions are added to it. This is cooked well in the ghee and then it is served with plain nan.
