Steps to Rename QBprint.qbp File Via Automatically and Manually:

Rename QBprint.qbp file via automatically:

  • First step to download the QuickBooks Tool Hub
  • Second, Run QuickBooks Print Tool and PDF Repair Tool

Rename QBprint.qbp file via manually:

  • Search QBPrint.qbp file in QuickBooks account
  • Click on QBprint.qbp file
  • Click on Rename
  • Enter the “old” word to the current file name
  • Let’s open QuickBooks Desktop
  • Then go to the File menu, Click on Printer setup
  • Choose any transaction in the Form Name wish you list and click on OK
  • Now generate a new QBprint.qbp file
  • Last you can easily open and print any transaction

Steps to Delete QBprint.qbp file:

  • Your first task is Ensure all running programs must be closed, even all users sign out in QuickBooks. Otherwise this process will not work successfully.
  • End all task or click on the Details tab and end the “QBW32.exe” processes
  • Open QBprint file
  • If you user of QB Enterprise – C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Intuit\(QuickBooks_version)\TSPrinterSettings\
  • If you are using QuickBooks US and Canada – C:\ProgramData\Intuit\QuickBooks 20##\
  • Open the folder and delete the QBPRINT.qbp file
  • Restart QuickBooks, The next time you print the QBPRINT file will be regenerated
