Apart from that cut 5 to 6 additional pieces slightly larger than 9-ounces and a final large piece that can cover the entire surface. As per the instructions given on the pack of repair kit, prepare the mixture of resin and hardener. Apply the mixture on to the crack and press the fiberglass mesh piece on the surface. Keep adding the layers of mixture and mesh. Let the epoxy dry and smoothen the surface with 120-grit sandpaper. 

Painting the Tub

After repairing the structural damage, painting the patched area would enhance its appearance. To touch up the fiberglass boats apply epoxy gel and coats of paint to complete the project.
