Step 2: Declutter the printer & check inside
- Turn ON your printer.
- Now, open the tray and remove the papers. If the paper is found rolled inside, remove it gently and clean up the printer from any traces of paper and any foreign body which can interrupt the printing process.
- Again slide in the tray. Disconnect the power cord from the printer along with all other cables and attached with the device along with the USB ports.
- Now, lift lid of the printer and closely check if you find any traces of foreign objects or torn paper. You should also lift the duplexer to check if anything there.
- Now plug in the power cord as well as all the other cables cords and USB cord attached to it.
- Now, as the printer connects to the power cord keep it like that for some time until and unless the device starts warming up.
- Run a test printing to check whether the error code 0xc19a0003 resolves or not.

Step 3: Job with the Ink Cartridges
- Keep the power of the printer ON and open the lid.
- Let the cartridge carriage appear to the center of the printer.
- Now, remove the cartridges and keep them on a clean paper to avoid any leakage.
- Reinstall the cartridges by cleaning up their seats as well as the cartridges to the right compartments.
- Now, close the printer’s lid and run a test print.
