#1. Step: Turn on the Canon Pixma MX490 Printer Check and there are no errors on the screen.

#6. Step: Make sure there is no copy of the Canon Pixma MX 490 printer icon.

 

  • If you see a copy of the Canon MX-490 printer, remove it from the list.
  • Uninstall the printer from the control panel.
  • Download the latest driver for the Canon printer.
  • Re-install the printer.
